If Potente is hired to do our job, can we also use local contractors and local workmen?

Yes. it frequently happens that many such competent firms or individuals are available locally. In such case, Potente is happy to work with these firms.

Potente will prepare the plans and specifications, the necessary directions and furnish assistance and supervision where necessary. The work can then be done by your own qualified local people whenever they are available.

Certain parts of the project, of course, often require very specialized craftsmen generally not found locally. In those cases, Potente will arrange for our skilled people or other individuals or companies with whom we have had good previous experience to do the work for you on the basis of a specified cost proposal.
